All of our food is prepared fresh daily in our own kitchens. Our Highway Inn Signature Dishes and many others are created following the recipes originated by our parents and grandparents and they are prepared in the same manner that was established nearly 60 years ago. When you dine at Highway Inn you are truly tasting history. We are especially proud of our traditional Hawaiian foods. Each Lau Lau is made using ti leaves from local farms and washed by hand by us before being filled and tied one by one.
